It is the combination of 2D lines or colors, or a 3D shape that gives a special look to
any industrial product or a product of traditional crafts.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITION FOR OBTAINING AN INDUSTRIAL MODEL?
An industrial model
certificate shall be granted in case the model is new and has features that
distinguish it from well-known industrial models.
HOW LONG IS INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS PROTECTED?
The industrial designs protection period is 10 years from the date the application
was submitted.

- The dimensions of the image must be between 40mm and 165mm for width as a maximum, and
between a minimum of 40mm and a maximum of 252mm for height (624*953 pixels).
